What if my flight is delayed or early?

We ensure to track your flight every minute so that our drivers can be there on time and without much waiting can help you to transfer to the exact location. Also, with us, get ready to take various benefits as the first hour is FREE for pickups at the airports located in the primary markets. Outside the primary markets, the wait charge policies may vary.

Cancellations must be notified to us 2 hours prior to the pickup time if you are within US postcodes and you are required to inform us 5 hours prior if you are from outer areas. Prior or on-time cancellations will be FREE OF COST and you will get all your refund. Late cancellations will cost you 50% of the estimated fare, including the incurred expenses.What if I want to cancel my car service?

What if I’m late to catch up on the car at the airport?

With us get a complete peace of mind as the first quarter hour is free and if you go beyond the same, you will be charged for that.

What should I do if my flight is seriously delayed and I don’t have new flight details?

You better connect with us via email or call us, just keep in touch until you have the new flight details. Once you get the new flight details to inform us and will update your booking with the new details.

What is your waiting policy at the airport?

Our waiting policy is 60 minutes after the flight has landed. Thereafter you will be charged $20 per hour.

What if my flight is diverted?

Once your flight is diverted or landed elsewhere, we will cancel that car as per the rules of the industry best late cancellation (charges will be applied) or may be rescheduling another vehicle once you are at the correct airport.
